Cancellation Policy
Transfers and/or substitutions for conference attendees are permitted at any time. However, for administrative purposes, please notify the Conference Registrar at 301-287-2684 as soon as transfers/ substitutions are made. Cancellations for both the conference and the ACS or SCP examination must be received in writing by Jan. 28, 2008, to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this time are subject to a $100 charge. Registrants who do not cancel and do not attend are liable for the full registration fee.
